Stays of 28 nights or more switch to a monthly all-in rate that includes the apartment, electricity, gas, water, wifi, council tax, TV licence, parking and gym access. How booking works
- Tell us what you need. Dates, team size and budget, by email, phone or through the site. We reply the same working day.
- We hold the apartments. Confirmed availability with the right mix of studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments.
- Book and pay your way. Online checkout, a direct payment link or a monthly invoice, whichever finance prefers.
- Change as things change. Dates and apartments can be modified through your account or your account manager.
Our own booking platform runs the whole stay, so nothing sits between your team and a confirmed apartment.
